Why Do Modern Stage Productions Need More Versatile Effect Lighting?
Stage lighting is evolving beyond basic illumination. Today, strobe effects, color, movement, and dynamic lighting patterns all contribute to the visual identity of a performance.
This shift led us to rethink the role of an effect light. Instead of developing another fixture around a single function, we wanted to create a lighting unit that could combine different visual capabilities and become part of a larger stage composition. This became the starting point for SEAGUL.
Designing a Building Block for Larger Visual Effects
Rather than separating color, wash, and strobe into different visual elements, SEAGUL brings them together within a single lighting unit designed to work as part of a larger system.
Its 1,200 RGB LEDs provide rich color and dynamic visual effects, while 180 White LEDs deliver up to 34,829 lm for high-impact strobe output. With a 68° beam angle and 115° field angle, the fixture can also contribute broad color coverage across a larger lighting setup.

From Individual Fixtures to a Matrix of Light
The visual potential of SEAGUL expands as fixtures are combined.
With 40 RGB zones and 30 White zones, different sections can be controlled independently, allowing color, brightness, and movement to travel across the fixture. When multiple units are arranged together, these individual zones become part of a larger visual surface, creating patterns, movement, and dynamic effects across the entire array.
The iM-Lock™ LiGHT SKY Mortise Locking System makes this concept practical by enabling fixtures to be quickly connected. Multiple SEAGUL units can be built into arrays, matrices, or larger walls of light, turning individual fixtures into a unified visual structure.
This is where SEAGUL moves beyond the idea of a traditional strobe. The fixture becomes a visual building block that can be repeated and expanded to create greater scale and impact.

Built for Real Productions, Indoors and Out
Large visual structures need to work in real production environments. SEAGUL is designed with IP66 protection, allowing its lighting arrays to be used across both indoor and outdoor productions.
For concerts, festivals, TV shows, entertainment venues, and large-scale events, SEAGUL combines high-output strobe performance, RGB color, zone control, and rapid fixture connection within a system that can grow with the scale of the design.
