LIGHTSKY Aquabeam400LL used by”SIX60 SATURDAYS ” Tour NEW ZEALAND For Visually Stunning Live Performances
The “Six60 Saturday” tour took place at McLean Park in the heart of Napier, New Zealand. Although not quite the first musicians to play at the iconic sports park, the Six60 gig was for sure the first full-sized concert ever at McLean Park and its biggest since Split Enz played in 1984 with around 20,000 people in attendance.
Six60 is a five-piece band from New Zealand . The founding members of Six60 met at the University of Otago , and the band took its name from the house number of the house where they lived in Dunedin. Therefore，the band set the stage with a structural 3D replica of their 660-degree apartment on Dunedin’s iconic Castle Street. The house is their band’s most distinctive stage icon, and the venue is set up to perfection—drinks in the back, food trucks on one side, toilets on the other.
In particular, the stage site used LIGHTSKY IP54 Moving beam-Aquabeam400LL with outdoor PA66 engineering plastic cover, which is very suitable for outdoor environment. Six60 sounded great live and had everyone dancing and singing along.
LIGHTSKY Outdoor Moving Head Light-Aquabeam400LL adopted Ushio 400W long-life bulb, φ168 optical lens with high brightness, which is equal to 4000W sky search, energy-saving, anti-ultraviolet, anti-aging, and high temperature resistant.
With the independent CMY color mixing & adjustable independent frost effect function of LIGHTSKY moving head lights-Aquabeam400LL, the tour music was pumping, the crowd was dancing, and most of the time everyone be having a good time.
It’s great to think that Six60 made music history at the Hawke’s Bay weekend. What a night for Six60 band and LIGHTSKY light fixture’s first show in New Zealand 2022.
