Light Sky Provides Different Light Sources For Stage Lighting

We would like to provide a brief explanation of three different types of lighting sources because, as we are all aware, new types of lighting sources have been applied to stage lighting equipment in recent years.

Type of illumination

  1. LED chip

Each 1W or 3W LED chip could only emit one of the following colors: red, green, blue, or white. Consequently, the LED par/wash stage lighting we observed at the time was comprised of 54pcs *3W, 108pcs *3W, 120Wpcs *1W, etc. As LED chip technology has advanced, the most common LED chips used in stage lighting fixtures today are 10W /15W /20W/30W/40W/60W RGBW 4 in 1 or RGBL 4 in 1.

  1. LED Module

Customers have become increasingly interested in stage lighting with LED modules as the light source, particularly in the European and American markets, as more countries become environmentally conscious. LED modules can be further subdivided into color LED modules and white LED modules. white LED modules are more popular due to their greater brightness.

The average lifespan of an LED module is 50,000 hours, and if there were no major accidents, the LED modules would continue to function normally for their entire lives. This is why LED modules for moving head lights are renowned for their exceptionally long lifespans and low damage rates.

  1. Laser Module

Similar to LED modules, there are currently two types of laser modules: color laser modules and white laser modules. CLAY PAKY’s indoor Xtylos and outdoor Xtylos Aqua models are currently the most popular worldwide for the Color laser module. There is currently no other product on the market that can compete with these two high-level laser beam models.

Light Sky, one of China’s leading stage lighting manufacturers, released its IP66 waterproof 260W white laser beam-SHARK LASER in 2021. Customers laud the laser beam from Light Sky for its high quality and brilliance. With a 190mm optical lens and CMY color system, the Light Sky SHARK Laser’s laser beam at a distance of 10 meters is 1750000 lux bright. If you need a laser beam, Light Sky’s SHARK LASER is an excellent option.
