The Dragon Boat Festival, also known as the Duanwu Festival, is one of the most important traditional festivals in China. Celebrated on the fifth day of the fifth lunar month, the festival also marks the arrival of early summer, when warmer temperatures and frequent rainfall encourage people to pay closer attention to their health and daily routines.
