On December 2nd, the LIGHT SKY Optoelectronic Industry Park was bathed in sunshine, setting the scene for a day filled with joy and festivity to celebrate LIGHT SKY’s 31st anniversary.
The atmosphere buzzed with excitement as an international assembly of esteemed guests, including clients, partners, government representatives, and all LIGHT SKY employees, gathered to honor over three decades of innovation and success. This gathering marked a significant milestone for LIGHT SKY and provided an opportunity to express gratitude for the support that has been pivotal to its achievements.
Welcoming Good Fortune: The Lion Dance Opening
The event began with a traditional Chinese lion dance, symbolizing the welcoming of good fortune and prosperity—a fitting prelude to the speeches by Chairman Zhang Xiangnong and other distinguished guests from our supply chain, international partners, and local government. Their words celebrated past successes while looking forward to a future built on shared visions and aspirations.
Cultural Performances: A Blend of Tradition and Modernity
Following the opening ceremony, the lion dancers entertained the audience with acrobatic performances, leading up to the “cai qing” ritual, believed to bring wealth and success. Contemporary performances then showcased LIGHT SKY’s philosophy of merging heritage with innovation through Broadway-style dance, traditional Chinese music, and the captivating “Beauty Pass” dance.

During intermissions, long-term partners and suppliers were recognized for their contributions, reinforcing LIGHT SKY’s commitment to valuing relationships that have fueled its growth. In the afternoon, guests enjoyed exploring the facilities, watching the lions parade through the factory grounds, spreading joy and blessings. Interactive games, fine dining, and a new lighting exhibition in the LIGHTING SHOW ROOM, featuring the light show “HENG,” highlighted LIGHT SKY’s technological advancements and creative vision.
